Our company Groove Agency Sàrl (hereinafter “ SKILZ ”), based in Switzerland, markets clothing, shoes and fashion accessories (hereinafter “the Products”).

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by SKILZ with customers (“the Customer(s)”) wishing to purchase the Products offered by SKILZ on the website [ https://skilz-wear.com ] (hereinafter “the Site”).

Placing any order on the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which the Customer declares to have read and acknowledges having accepted.

Offer

  1. Product offers are subject to availability, which is specified when placing the order.
  2. The main characteristics of the Products, including illustrations, are presented on the Website. Any minor variation in the colors, shades, or measurements of the Products shown on the Website, within reasonable tolerances, shall not justify cancellation of an order or refusal of delivery.
  3. The Product offers presented on the Site are valid for deliveries within the territories specified when placing the order.     Ordering methods

    1. The Customer can order by creating an account or directly as a guest.
    2. The order is validated when the Customer selects the Products, verifies the information entered, accepts these Terms and Conditions, and clicks on "Order and Pay".
    3. An order confirmation is sent by email to the Customer, summarizing the essential information of the order.



    Price

    1. Prices are shown in euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of delivery charges, which are specified before order confirmation.
    2. SKILZ reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.



    Payment terms

    1. The total price is payable at the time of ordering via secure payment methods, such as:

      - Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay)

      - PayPal

    2. Payments are processed by secure providers, and bank details are not retained after the transaction.




    Shipping Policy



    Delivery costs
    1. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
    2. For any special delivery request, additional charges may apply with the written agreement of the Customer.



    Delivery times
    1. Delivery times are mentioned on the Site for informational purposes only.
    2. If the ordered Products are not delivered within 40 days after the indicative date, and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may request cancellation of the order.



    Delivery methods
    1. Deliveries are made from France, by an independent carrier, to the address indicated by the Customer.
    2. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.



    Transfer of ownership and risks
    1. Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer after full payment.
    2. Risks are transferred to the Customer upon physical receipt of the Products.


    Returns and Refunds Policy


    Right of withdrawal
    1. The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
    2. This right applies only to consumers in the European Union.

    Return conditions
    1. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels.
    2. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.

    Exceptions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, items unsealed for hygiene reasons, or perishable goods.

    Procedure
    1. The return must be reported via the form available on the Site.
    2. The Products must be sent to the following address:

    3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refund deadlines

    1. Once the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days, excluding return shipping costs.

    1. SKILZ complies with Swiss data protection legislation (LPD) as well as the GDPR for EU customers.
    2. The data collected is used solely for order processing and may be shared with contractual partners.

    Warranty and liability

    1. The Products benefit from legal guarantees against defects in conformity and hidden defects.
    2. SKILZ cannot be held responsible in case of misuse, negligence or force majeure.

    Force majeure

    SKILZ cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.

    Applicable legislation and dispute resolution

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. For consumers in the European Union, local consumer protection provisions apply insofar as they do not conflict with Swiss law.
