General conditions of sale
Preamble
Our company Groove Agency Sàrl (hereinafter “ SKILZ ”), based in Switzerland, sells clothing, shoes and fashion accessories (hereinafter “the Products”).
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by SKILZ with customers ("the Customer(s)"), wishing to acquire the Products offered by SKILZ on the website [ https://skilz-wear.com ] (hereinafter "the Site").
Placing any order on the Site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, which the Customer declares to have read and acknowledged to have accepted.
Offer
- Product offers are subject to availability, which is specified when the order is placed.
- The main characteristics of the Products, including the illustrations, are presented on the Site. Any minor variation in the colors, shades or measurements of the Products appearing on the Site, within reasonable tolerances, may not justify a cancellation of order or a refusal of delivery.
- The Product offers presented on the Site are valid for deliveries in the territories specified when placing the order.
Ordering Terms
- The Customer can order by creating an account or directly as a guest.
- The order is validated when the Customer selects the Products, checks the information entered, accepts these General Terms and Conditions, and clicks on “Order and Pay”.
- An order confirmation is sent by email to the Customer, summarizing the essential information of the order.
Price
- Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of delivery costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed.
- SKILZ reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
Payment Terms
- The total price is payable at the time of ordering via secure payment methods, such as:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Payments are processed by secure providers, and banking data is not retained after the transaction.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs
- Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
- For any special delivery request, additional charges may be applied with the written agreement of the Customer.
Delivery times
- Delivery times are mentioned on the Site for information purposes only.
- If the Products ordered are not delivered within 40 days after the indicative date, and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may request cancellation of the order.
Delivery terms
- Deliveries are made from France, by an independent carrier, to the address indicated by the Customer.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. These fees are not refundable in the event of a return.
Transfer of ownership and risks
- Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer after full payment.
- The risks are transferred to the Customer upon physical receipt of the Products.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of withdrawal
- The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
- This right only applies to consumers in the European Union.
Return conditions
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels.
- Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Products, items unsealed for hygiene reasons, or perishable goods.
Procedure
- The return must be reported via the form available on the Site.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Reimbursement deadlines
1. Once the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days, excluding return costs.
Confidentiality and personal data
- SKILZ complies with Swiss data protection legislation (FADP) as well as the GDPR for EU customers.
- The data collected is used only for order processing and may be shared with contractual partners.
Warranty and liability
- The Products benefit from legal guarantees against defects of conformity and hidden defects.
- SKILZ cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse, negligence or force majeure.
Force majeure
SKILZ cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.
Applicable legislation and dispute resolution
- These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. For consumers in the European Union, local consumer protection provisions apply to the extent that they do not contravene Swiss law.
